Is that 24 hours for wireline? Anyone know how long to test just the first lower horizon?

It appears there’s still a small window for anyone new/interested.

For new investors wondering what the noise is about, I’d advise you to watch the most recent presentation and all of the recent interviews with Bo Sears, there are links to these on the companies Twitter/x account.

Pay particular attention to the way Bo speaks, as many of us feel he can barely hold his excitement back and is convinced they have a huge helium and hydrogen find.

He can’t mislead investors and there’s always risk until resources are tested and proven. Bo is a world leader in helium discovery and extraction, and he’s the largest shareholder. He maintains that he’s never seen drill results like this, with significant helium and hydrogen shows.

News of progress (initial wireline for the deepest level at Clink 1) could come any minute, many of us were expecting this at 7am today. They’ll then test other horizons at Clink 1 which also showed significant helium shows. And we also have the second drill at Rudyard commencing this week, all fully funded.

Any commercial development is likely to use debt funding so no dilution, again de recent interviews and presentations which confirm this.

So research quickly if interested.

I suspect we’re in for a very exciting day tomorrow. We’ve all taken our positions, time to see if we have a hit with the first pay zone from the first of two fully funded drills. If we get strong wireline results and and RNS saying there flow testing the basement this should fly.

A quick Google. Today’s RNS was ready for market open, they could have started production casing over the weekend. But assuming production Casing started today, we could have early news on Wednesday?

I’m guessing it’s a requirement to report significant news immediately, if they get strong results from the basement. Obs all this is subject to flow testing before certainty of commerciality.

My understanding is they’re testing from the bottom upwards. So would they be required to immediately report strong wireline results at the bottom, before testing higher horizons?

If so could that mean first results within a day or two?

Interested in thoughts on timescales.

This RNS puts us back on track (well done to the management team for overcoming this problem), so onwards to well testing.

In the last investor update video, you can see that Bo is convinced that this is commercial. David is more measured and restrained, but Bo can't hold himself back:

Is the well is commercial this should 5x-10x, all within 4-6 weeks. Then we have the Rudyard drill starting any time (schedule for Oct) which could 5x todays price on its own.

This isn't without risk, but the risk is decreasing with RNS.

I suspect the short term window to trade this is closing, we'll start to get news about Clink1 very soon.

I don't think this can be viewed as anything other than extremely positive. Levive made £80m from Imperial Energy and his net worth must be £100m plus. He holds 7.5m shares in Atome.

This must be an agreement to enable Mussat to benefit from the SP explosion to come, without gifting via options at the expense of shareholders. Mussat could never buy that volume at 75p on the open market and would presumably never risk £675k of his own money lightly.

I suspect this is Levine rewarding him for good work.

This is a huge purchase, significant amount of his own cash. Again suggests we're a few weeks away from FID as would be difficult to do this if news were imminent, suspect December/early Jan news on FID but there should be PPA agreements for other projects which will also be significant.

Once construction at Villeta commences and first cash flow approaches, the subsequent projects will come focus a lot more and the SP should really climb.

I'm very long here, tempted to spend more though.

Oberon still have nearly 10m shares, plenty of skin in the game, they're clearly in it to see drill results.

I hear you and that’s what they’re saying, but bear in mind the IBD board meeting to approve their portion of the financing is scheduled for 17th Dec.

Not worried by this at all, as Olivier said they’re now 4x oversubscribed on project level equity and debt financing. But may be another few weeks.

The Villeta FID is the big one and will give visibility of commercials for the first time, so we’ll see more concrete EBITDA forecasts for Villeta and other pipeline projects. Suspect we’ll see an immediate re-rate when published, followed by a steady climb to a proper valuation up to first production in 2027 and beyond. But there will likely be news flow on other projects, which will add significantly more to the pot.

What a great company this is. Being first of its kind, suspect it’s under the radar and impossible to value until first FID, so we should have some fun around Christmas time and into next year.

The Directors buy is obs good news, but suspect reinforces that we’re still a few weeks away from the FID. suspect he couldn’t buy if news were imminent.

I’m sure this will rocket up after FID published, but right at the end of q4.

Looking at the price action there are clearly people trading this and probably not intending to hold for full drill results in 2-3 weeks, good luck to them.

Doesn't affect where this will end up IF a commercial discovery is declared, towards the end of October.

I suggest people do their research and make their decision, don't be worried about daily ups and downs unless you intend to trade this one.

We should have an update on Costa Rica any day, the updated Investor presentation (updated last week) says:

I just added at 75.85, a fraction over the price paid by insiders today. Think this is a great company and we won’t see these prices for long.

That was awesome. The way they talk it feels like they're convinced it's commercial, but they said as much as they could while recognising the risks.

New Investors should watch todays Investor Presentation at 2pm. Companies usually hold these when results are released or if there's good news. Yes we're on track, a great update. Seems clear it will be debt and equity funding at the project level. So no dilution, but a share of the revenue from each project.

Looking forward to seeing the exact numbers when agreed so that we can model this. I suspect we;ll then see an immediate re-rate when the forecasts are clear.
