What exactly do you expect them to do? As they explain tirelessly in their Interims and Finals, this is a closed-end fund with a portfolio of early-stage investees, none of whom are listed anywhere, and hence not obliged to disclose in the same way as we have to; so for news we are at our invested companies' mercy. In addition, we are in a close period as we approach Finals at the end of June/beginning of July, so directors cannot buy at present.
I and others have commented on the thin PR/IR in the past, and I think that's a legitimate gripe, but that aside, we have no choice but to be patient. And after all, AIM is full of other bargains at the moment, with people just like us just as frustrated.

As indicated, it's an estimate based on 11.4p at last Interims, plus about 0.55p for last Juv value stated, plus small premiums to both Vemo and Yooya values as stated in December financials. To that we may add the items I listed below, if we believe they will add value.

But Leap showed a £2.06m gain over the previous six months in the last Interims; Intensity a smaller gain, but we now have Series B prefered shares there too, so that should show a healthy notional profit; Vogogo has made somewhat of a recovery recently, and our new EMMAC investment should add to the bottom line as well. All in all, we should be well north of 12p.

But investments take time and planning, so to scrap them in favour of an unexpected opportunity might be problematic. It all depends how much they need to execute those plans, and how much is left over, and when.

In any case, my sense is that any spare cash (plus Leap?) is earmarked for the cannabis play; if they really are thinking global - and the Yooya deal suggests they are - they may need more than a few million.

Personally, I think FCT coin has nothing to do with it, apart from at most one or two people who are ill-informed as to what Factom is about.

No, it's not. I've seen similar patterns again and again in the market, but in this market it will need news to sustain any rise. It's not possible to predict where we will be when that happens though; all one can do is hold, buy if one has the funds and ability to soak up further selling, if it happens, until the turnaround comes. But turn around it will.

This seller never gives up! Unless it's the MMs hunting for buyers. Either way, once they're either empty or they find buyers to satisfy, we'll get a big bounce.
