How much do Tek stand to make ,and what conditions would you like to see

We currently own 67% of Lucyd but will be raising money at 2.1$.potentially raising 40mill.our holdings could go down to 25%.so that makes it 1mill for 1%.so after this we will own shares worth 25 mill with multi sales and brands in a market that could be equal to the smart watch business.i say bring on adidas.if I've done my maths right 100% of Lucyd = 100m.i appreciate any comments to my post

Yes I'm underwater and not bothered,in fact I made a top up yesterday.just not understanding why there is a possibility we might reduce our holding in Lucyd when we have a huge contract with reebok.can someone explain how we get some money if we reduce.the proposed 40mill financial restructure who gets it us or lucyd.guident my understanding is we received a grant of at least 400k.im here for guident and microsalt,I also believe in time Lucyd can compete with the smart watch business.this time in two years time we will be rich rodney

Or simply put thanks for the maximum of 40mill,we will have 25% and you pay for all the finance to make this brand bigger.seems like a good deal to me.guess I will be topping up.

I'm reading this that Tek are being severely diluted but will receive 40 mill,and still own 25% ,and if you read the official paperwork it clearly explains all the things that can wrong before you invest.so 40 mill should make our market cap much bigger or will they invest somewhere else.dont know that answer but the truth is if Tek pull this off their cash pile will rise by 8 fold,if they sell the max amount of shares

Can't anyone equate this to the value to Tek in pence please,as I'm seeing about £1.50 per share.or you can buy at £1.50 at the day of completion.i know I'm not the brightest and maybe I'm thinking the total wrong way.but would love to learn and listen to other people's ideas on this news,and also it rose 15% today because the us stock market was closed,god's knows what will happen tomorrow

So simple maths the 280,000euros could pay for the 25 year land lease,and the 120k special resolutions.now I'm happy this could happen.i do have confidence in the board,but I thought we were debt free,but apparently we are not

For the rental of land for 25 years.20 hectares at 2k per hectare,at one of Spanish sites.also I see resolution 7 something about 120k,can anyone explain that for me .thanks

I see a financial decision will be made by 20th june.just wondered if a cash call will be made.but at the same time po valley should be on line to offset this.can anyone please advise whether to buy before the 20th or after the next RNs,just wondering if this why there is a big seller.not claiming to be clever with this share and yes I am a holder,so would value people's opinion as to whether at the AGM they sanction a fund raise,I ask as I'm down a bit ,and want my next buy to be at the right time,many thanks for any responses

But I've always been long term waiting right till the end ,I very rarely trade and take the losses with the future gains.but in the space of 3 days we have a patent and a grant.surely the firm.would financially benefit .any ideas by how much anyone

Got to agree with you stiffy,I believe more acquisitions in the future.after all they are an investment company.i read the chairman prefers onshore acquisitions as much cheaper than offshore acquisitions,but he didn't rule out off shore acquisitions.

Many thanks stiffy,so I shouldn't be afraid of this lower price due to selling then.in fact I should count my chickens that I'm in at a nice price just a few days before the official handover of the gas.so in reality only a technical issue can stop the sales to bp,do I have that right stiffy

Any reason for the delay,when I see them then I will invest again.my understanding is that for 5 years on the trot Tek rose,but since then bell and lucyd shares have fallen due to the financial markets.just wondering if this year's final results might be down due to the financial markets.but I've also seen many baggers and many companies exit aim.so I'm sure time will be great for Tek,but I remain on the sidelines for lower prices before the IPO.also does anyone think more fundraisers will be required.my personal view is that guident will be our bread and butter ,but that will be after microsalt.

Nice to see the gas flowing soon.seeing Spain might need more investments as I read its running at 20% but with more drills it could run at 100%.i read the a new gas head is 1mill,so I presume 370k to us ,then I read the solar panel land rental is going up as well to over double.so my question is does anyone anticipate a fund raise or can prospex find the funds themself from the new gas sales.many thanks all ideas welcome

How many shares did this company start off with at the beginning.as with my limited knowledge all I see is dilution,and am wondering when will dilution stop,is Napster the answer,many thanks for any info

I too am a newby,just wondering how they keep 2.55 billion share holders happy,will Napster listing on aim in two weeks time be a starting pistol for a turn around
