Sorry the previous company was Disenco not Disemco.
Doubt this will ever see the light of day. So much money has been raised over the years. Mr Gunn was associated with a company called Disemco dealing with the same concept as far as I can see from Google. They ran out of money and went into administration. The rights to the concept were purchased and low and behold there was Inspirit dealing with the same concept. By for some reason the concept never seems to go anywhere. It's a very feasible idea. One that you could dine out on free of charge for years.

There is so much differing information on the web. You can often find conflicting information. That's it for me if you want to carry on feel free.
Quickdraw18. Oh dear, how long does this discrediting thing have to go on? According to this website the company was started in 2012 (See below) not 2014 as you stated earlier. If I look hard enough I expect Ill find the website that says 2000. But I'm not going to. So please stop trying to make me look stupid in order for you to justify your investment... Well done for being in a share that has been ramped to death for the last few days. You've made a very nice profit. Hope you've taken some off the table.... Can we put this to bed now. This is the web site that says 2012 or it could be earlier? https://hemogenyx.com/about/history
Quickdraw18. Not the old, "you have shown your self to have no credibility". One of the websites I looked at said 2000 but I can live with 2014. Oh no, my credibility has been shattered!
I'm not saying that the company isn't good. But it is rather a coincidence that an RNS was released just when the company was being ramped to death. An RNS that contained mostly known news. The Covid 19 bit was new. We'll see how that one plays out. But was the release coincidence or strategy?
How much money have they made, ever? They've been around since 2000. There was a reverse takeover in 2017 with Silver Falcon. How much debt do they have? What's the money burn rate and when will they have to raise money again?
Lots of companies researching Covid 19. Most of them will fail.
Not saying Hemogenyx hasn't got a bright future but please tell us why? Don't just quote what the Chairman has said, he's biased.
Rainbow chasing with no pot of gold. The company is loss making with outstanding warrants. It knows that if the words covid 19 are mentioned everyone will go mad and drive the share price up.... What income generation do the company have. They mainly get paid to carry out research for other companies. The last two years they have made a loss. The only expected revenue stream is for the Humanised Mice at the moment? Stand by for another fund raise.... This is being driven by pure speculation. Beware.... All in my opinion!
I always find it interesting how the selling of shares is somehow justified and accepted. Why would anyone sell large tranches of shares if they thought there was a fairly imminent possibility that something positive will happen to boost the share price? So my conclusion is that they don't see anything positive in the foreseeable future for the sahe price and therefore sell and move on.
I know that major shareholders can have a variety of reasons for selling. But the main one to me would be that they don't see any good enough reasons to stay invested. Not a positive sign!
