EyeGuy. If it's not you then I apologise. The one on ADVFN has a real problem! Anyway if I was you I might think about changing my user name as I'm sure you don't want to be associated with him. If he continues copying you then report the fact ?

Quite clever really. If shareholders buy on the open market it will drive the price up. They are sure that the price will be above 4.25 by the time the open offer closes. So unless you buy now you'll probably be better off applying for the open offer.
Just remind me again please who are GEPL?
Have you tried re-freshing the Google page?
I don’t really think Cadence Minerals is set up to make money in the near term. Most of the projects that the company are involved with seem to be at the exploration stage. This website is quite interesting. It describes the various stages of a mining company. https://www.miningglobal.com/operations/gifs-5-stages-mining-life-cycle Cadence could be a long way from actually making any money.
Interesting to know that Doriemus, Afriag and Cadence all seem to have the same address in London. Suite 3B, 38 Jermyn St. All very cosy.
Also interesting is the connection between the BOD of these companies. David Lenigas, Kiran Morzaria and Donald Strang. Quite an intertwined relationship all earning a tidy sum. Worth a little researching by anyone that’s interested. David Lenigas and Donald Strang go back to at least Lonrho. An interesting read all on its own.
Everyone has to draw their own conclusions but it doesn’t seem that many companies with an association with those mentioned seem to be very successful according to what I’ve read? Many seem to take years to do anything at all.
David Lenigas seems to get involved with a lot of failing companies. He then restructures and raises finance, to make them look very attractive to new investors. After that he moves on before the shit hits the fan so to speak. He seems to make shed loads in the process. Maybe it’s all just luck?
There will always be some investors that make money from similar AIM companies but an awful lot don’t in my opinion. With many AIM companies it’s not really investing, it’s just gambling.
My take on the Paul Vonk situation is that a plan existed to drive the share price right down, then take the company private. He always told us a load of B-ll Sh_t and avoided the real issues. Only my opinion.
Hopefully the new BOD will learn from the past mistakes and take the company forard successfully. One more major mistake and I think ANGS will be finished?
Gues that only leaves the TORUK and FAN Targets. Neither of which are the primary targets. Doesn't sound too good to me.
