I think criticism of EMH management's inability/unwillingness to communicate is justified. It's perhaps to be expected that they aren't communicating much right now as they wait for the consultation period on the EIA to be completed. But they've been like this the whole way through. Just a cursory looks at Zinnwald's news communication incl. EV and general lithium news/social media coverage shows a world of difference.

I do think it's really poor as it affects the share price. I have no doubt that things are moving in the correct direction with EMH and big news will be coming soon but the share price 'highs' are in part not sustained as the communication here is so appalling year round. I'm pleased that the recent vote on new share option allocations for the Management Team were voted down. Who knows? Perhaps it will have an impact on KC and after the EIA is out of the way (and the project cannot be derailed by more major changes) communication will improve. LTHs can but live in hope!

Resolutions 6 and 8 were 'not put to a vote'. Presumably, as they realised the vote would go against them.

I'm pleased KC has not immediately been awarded more shares without getting the SP significantly up. Not holding my breath he won't wangle the additional shares another way though.

With an AIM share, if an investor only buys once and holds for ever without taking advantage of low price moments to top-up and red letter days to sell a proportion, then he/she only has themselves to blame!

Thanks for your input, Laurie. I genuinely always value it. You're right that a lot has been achieved. But they've done nothing on communication. NOTHING. So, the SP skulks around the lowest possible point.

For me, the issue here is timing. If KC had been able to demonstrate through recent SP growth that he was doing something that deserved more shares, I would have voted in favour. Right now though, it feels like EMH is where it is - at what I believe to be an important and critical moment - almost despite what KC has done. He's nowhere to be seen. And when he does an interview, too often he over-promises and under-delivers, nosediving the share price back to where it was. It's almost like he had no clue about the role some good comms could do for EMH.

He needed to deliver some SP growth and then ask for more shares. Show your worth and then entice share holders with the promise of even more. As it is, it would be rewarding him for a poor performance. He may get it anyway but I feel happy with voting against. It MAY give him a bit of a wake-up call.

I believe in this project and am very pleased to have averaged down when it was 6-10p, so I'd make a tidy profit if I sold now. But not all LTH are that lucky. KC need get this SP up ASAP and stop over-promising.

I'm in favour of Pavlik receiving more shares but against KC receiving any more for free, agreeing with others here that he is already well compensated in the role and has not done enough to increase share value as things currently stand. I am also far from convinced this resolution for KC protects us from lower offers. KC needs to be put under more pressure to deliver.

I agree that we are at an important threshold and that the share price will shoot up on positive catalysts. But the market is undervaluing EMH in part due to missed deadlines and a distinct lack of communication. KC needs to accept his role in this.

Cinvald, the local association in direct opposition to mining in Cinovec, is putting out through their socials eg. LinkedIn that there's very little clear information out there on the EIA consultation. But apparently they have heard (via sources on the German side) the documentation will be released on Monday 11 May.

A positive move here by the EU which should reinforce EMH’s 'strategic asset' status while supporting future pricing stability and offtake discussions.

Happy to see the endorsement of Geomet's step forward today from Pavel Cyrani, Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at ČEZ (published via LinkedIn today). A good sign of things moving in the right direction:

42 billion crowns. The largest investment in the history of the Ústí nad Labem Region has passed through the municipal council.

The Ústí nad Labem Region has approved an update of the Principles of Spatial Development and the lithium mining and processing project has thus fulfilled another major milestone.

What does this mean for the region?

✅ 4,000 qualified and very well-paid jobs, half of which will be employed directly by Geomet. For example, employees of coal mines and power plants that are closing will also find employment.

✅ The region can become a technological centre of pan-European importance. Lithium will attract other industries and businesses from promising sectors.

✅ The investment in the construction itself, in which local companies and employees will participate, will also have a positive benefit for the region.

Today, the ČEZ Group is the largest investor and employer in the Ústí nad Labem Region. Our goal is for the region to remain the center of modern energy and industry in the coming decades.

I completely agree HappyLiUK. An AIM share going up or down by 10% is to be expected any day with the volumes being traded. Important to be able to zoom out a little here and remember that the share was trading at 6p a year ago. 200% growth for the people who bought then and some people may have traded in to get back a little profit. But I'm selling nothing here and happy to sit out the inevitable daily bumps as long as the overall trends are good!

I expect any slight drop in share price due to capital raise will rerate quickly. This raise was well telegraphed in advance, was pretty minor and was clearly needed after the DFS work and payments for this crucial stage. Keep the faith and best of luck with your investment!

@Skelly85 - You have made some valid points over the years you have been posting about EMH. And (at times) have provided useful balance to over-optimism. You were right: EMH's communication has often been very poor and the DFS does still remain to be delivered.

But things are definitely looking up now and this grant is fantastic news and a complete game-changer IMO. And I think there's a clear distinction between a grant 'not existing' and it only being possible to apply for it once EMH has incurred relevant costs. Is that you trying to mislead or just not understanding how grants like this work?

Over the years you have constantly highlighted 'the rampers'. And yesterday there were rampers on this board but they weren't the long-term holders you have accused of being rampers. They were the people who turned up out of the blue and ineptly tried to push the price higher.

You do yourself a disservice by not admitting when you were wrong which others on this board have been only to happy to do. I know you'll not care what I or any others here think. But you do make your entire posting history and arguments weaker by not admitting you got some things wrong. It means people feel you have an agenda that you've been pushing to de-ramp this stock constantly when times are tough only to go quiet when things improve.

I don't think Tom is blaming anyone for the lack of communication. He's making clear he has weighed up the situation for himself as a shareholder and is content to hold this stock (i.e. the potential benefit outweighs the risk). Others who aren't content with this don't need to hold the stock or worry about what is or isn't happening with it.

None of us know what the truth is here as the news flow from EMH/Geomet itself has been so sporadic and limited. That leaves us all reliant on researching other signs of broader movement and the wider picture for rare metals and Europe. Each person has to make their own mind up and vote with their feet.

Of course, there was a chance to oust KC last year and for whatever reason, major shareholders decided not to take that opportunity. That in itself speaks volumes but probably only backs up whichever positive or negative view you currently take on EMH.

I think all long-term holders here want better communication from the Management Team at European Metals Holdings. Equally, accountability and recognition of any stated and subsequently missed deadlines wouldn't go amiss. But emailing or posting individually on a shares discussion board isn't going to make that happen as it's too easy to ignore.

However, there is power in numbers. And grouping together as a collective of shareholders and writing a formal letter requiring a response is much more likely to receive one. This would of course take some coordination. Equally, EMH posts (sporadically and when it suits) on a number of social media accounts - Twitter and LinkedIn to name two I'm aware of.

If you're unhappy with current levels of communication, why not start holding the powers that be at EMH to account by asking the questions you want on social media. They're publicly visible and so the company is less likely to want questions there to remain unanswered.
