The approach naming associates without opportunity to defend or being interviewed is just incorrect steps taken. Approach seems guilty before proven otherwise.
Surprise how SFO method deteriorate to such extend.
No wonder conviction are so few, toothless. Petrofac should sue SFO......haha.
Good points.
At this juncture, Directors but will not proceed due to results on 16Sept. Embargo period. Also Duffy mentioned they are reworking the life of mines and future Capex that influence future cashflow. So Directors will have 1st hand information, that will be a big no no from FCA on insidernowledge trading. They can only buy after all info released to public. So hang tight until after Sept, sp may drift range bound, volumes may be subdued until then.
Mid to long term winner.
Once the gap closes, likelihood to go further down diminishes. Risk reward shorting requires 100k shares to make about 1K for 1p, very risky. Shorters may start to close for fear of sp jettison up quickly.
Suspect it begin its gradual journey p by p upwards until another positive RNS.
Agree, will need a good 100+ carat.
Will struggle to hold 12p.
Tomorrow may go up but suspect will test and struggle at 13p. Looks like losing mojo again, drifting back to 11p this week.
Duffy better get another RNS on super big stone. Diamond market price is spoiling this jettison upwards for now.
Positive. But I disappointed he still skirt the issue how much debts can he reduce over 3 years. Should be like PMO , debt 2 bln, state the target reduction each year.
Looks like having a breather now on sp. Today's solemn note from De Beers holding up PDL so rise.
Do not like sp gap, the one at 11p needs to be closed,...sigh. I will wait to top upalot more at 11 to 11.5p.
