I contacted them and their advisers about the lack of RNS - NO response from either.

It makes them appear to be complicit in what was going to follow the money raising. with the ability to be able to purchase 750 million shares at 2p each.

2p shares still due to come to the market and dumped

For warrant holders - a 3 to 4 fold profit from todays dumping of shares

For now that is - you have to bear in mind it is a loss making company (not for the directors) so the 2p per share cash will get eaten into in the coming months/years

The fact is that hundreds of millions of share are being dumped giving massive profits to the sponsors of fake articles - they are not interested in holdings share where the TNAV is 2p per share on a loss making company.

Yes the creation of potentially 750 new shares at 2p each has been put to good use by MET1 .

It has allowed a smokescreen to create a 'small' 15,000,000 new shares (last Thursday) for free for the benefit of the directors. in addition good use of the funds will be via good salaries to the directors in the coming years. Btw there is no independent remunerations committee

no near the end of September - plenty of time for the many as yet unexercised 2p warrants to covert to shares

that is what they want - increased share count info going unnoticed, just as they placed a comment about scam articles somewhere that is far more likely to go unnoticed rather than issue an RNS about the scam articles (shows signs of being complicit).
