Warrant holders are only interested in making quick multiples on their 2p investment. They are not interested in keeping shares in a loss making company when the main asset is cash, but may be interested in the future when the money runs out to provide more money (that would effectively be coming indirectly from the current gamblers/dreamers/clueless) by way of further warrants.

They will only potentially be left with shares if the sale price retreats below 2p before they manage to sell their acquired shares.

The vast majority of shares currently are held by Mr and Mrs retail.

The fact of the matter is that many, as witnessed by the hundreds of millions of shares being bought by Me and Mrs retail from warrant holders, that they are prepared to gamble on others coming along afterwards and thus pushing up the price to make profit from them.

The fact is there has been a very big average loss made by Mr and Mrs retail - simple enough to see that.

the word 'desperation' comes to mind - I believe the spending of a bit of money re licenses has already been conveyed on an rns .with the importance of new share issues within rather than a separate rns that should be a requirement for clearer transparency
