Even if one person has saved a lot of money having decided not to invest based on the facts then it has been very beneficial.

You appear clueless - earnings more than cover dividends which is why they have managed to accumulate a dividend reserve fund , which holds millions of pounds

And institutions and retail purchase because of the large income yield

Hfel will only issue new shares at a premium - there is no reason why selling to an institution should be an exception.

An institutions alternative is to purchase in the market - AT A PREMIUM
