don't talk daft. It's about the economy - Lloyds profitability - returns for investors. Lloyds share price was way lower than at present with the base rate higher.
J You are clearly hoping that the low price point of the day will be at an opening 103p or below or a low of 103p during the day. You may get lucky, or you may not - as in 103p triggered then falls below. Good luck with your choice.
