as the table says - CITY have put aside an amount equal to 2.3 twelves of a years dividend as a reserve fund, JPM have put aside 10.4 twelves of a years dividend as a reserve fund, but city yield 0.9% more than jpm.
These reserves act as a buffer against any year where there is a reduced income from the trusts investments - the shortfall can be taken from the reserve.

Brent still over 80 dollars - do people think that countries releasing their stockpiles of oil onto the market is going to make much of a difference against the current demand.
