The stated return to shareholders is in the share price. It is up to an investor when they decide to sell, which will be determined by a buying price and their view on the outlook for the business . An investor selling must think it is a good time.The market price changes on a daily basis

I did not advise anyone to sell, only pointing out the fact that the value of the return to shareholders is in the share price which can be extracted by selling some.

The returned value to the shareholder as stated on the announcement is there no matter what the share price is at any given time.
You not being a shareholder missed the return value stated
