''Or a bear rally.''
some people are simply clueless - definition of a bear market is 20% off of a peak.
The last time that could be called a bear market is when Covid 19 hit taking the ftse down over 30% from early 2020 peak to around the 5,200 level.
In what shape or form can an increase from 5,200 to the current 7,844 (over 50%) possibly be described as a bear market rally?
