I would have thought that there is no waiting to do - 10% returns to shareholders, which would increase each year on current share price with continued buybacks and a progression in dividends. with maintained or increasing profitability
Of course shareholders already on board would prefer as a bonus the total returns to remain at 10% or reduce for future new shareholders with an increasing share price.

I certainly won't waste my time replying to all the individual points - haven't the time.

There are already 5 Nato territories that border Russia stretching about 750 miles.
This border will greatly increase if/when Finland join Nato.

Russia wanted to expand it's territory and had to think of any excuse to try to do so- plain and simple..
I believe the last survey done in Ukraine showed that 3% would like to join Russia.

Maybe you would get a higher yes percentage than that if a survey was carried out in England asking would you like to be part of Pk aikistans overseas territory.

the market sets the price on a daily basis, which has fluctuated between the 20's to 80's since LBG was formed. That is all the meaningful info that is required.
