It is resolution 25 this year -

I think you ill find that there is a resolution each year giving permission to the BOD's to repurchase shares if the BOD wish to initiated.

UBS driver continuing to have sub 50p shares available to purchase. Now a good chance to reach the 2 Billion share purchase stop, within a £1 Billion spend.
