so unless the statement from Pan was specifically for Brix and Brix had hardly any income, then the statement applies to all. In other words 6% after tax/free of tax is available to everyone. Understand?

Lloyds are currently at just over 42p and Vodafone at a bit over 74p.

It is for the individual investor to decide whether they represent value or not.

Cannot recall mentioning purchasing shares at 10p or £1.

The current share price is about 43.6p - a 1 for 10 consolidation would make each share value 10 times greater.

The current Lloyds shares are 10p ordinaries - on that consolidation they would become £1 ordinaries.

Currently each share cancelled would reduce share capital by 10p.
