I did suggest several days ago that you don't really need 4.2 B - that is a 99.99% certainty.

Maybe 4.4 B as a replacement to see how much of a further drop is required for that - probably to about to an average 42p

Is that the way it worked last time? - I thought as with today, that is it you informing the board that you had just sold, because of you noticing a lower than current price level the week before and had made a purchase at that time.

Why not next time ,inform the board that there is a purchase price of 42p available and so have just made an immediate purchase.

I have had no need for further employment since I decided to leave HSBC aged 45.

A lot of my investments are outside of an ISA. Maximum allowed over the 36 years of PEPS/ISA's wasn't enough to accommodate available funds.
