Vodafone announced that they were going to spend 4 Billion on buybacks which should be regarded as the total buyback tranche, even though they have announced segments of the total spend along the way - one running into the other.

At a 2 year high - currently over 91p

A few at 90.15p from the loads of purchases in the 60's

As I have said previously buybacks at under 100p are of great benefit for long term shareholders - still a number months to go before programmes are complete - average buyback prices would have been great.

Lloyds living own properties that they rent out - end of - what is wrong with the mindset of people who would prefer to rent rather than buy?. Maybe a better mindset -Easier to move from A to B without having to pay a fortune to do so.

Yes developing affordable housing in partnership with a developer, separate from Lloyds living. As I said Lloyds living have not been the provider of social housing. It is a matter of government policy as to who in the population qualify for housing benefits, nothing to do with Lloyds bank. CAR has a nonsense gripe where he thinks that Lloyds are benefiting from benefits that people receive,

YET AGAIN - Your gripes are misplaced - Lloyds are a bank - they lend money to hopefully get interest on such money and the return of all capital. As part of the banking business lending is provided to some housing associations who invest in social housing.

Lloyds bank are not a social housing provider. Properties owned by Lloyds living are not social housing.

STOP the nonsense attacks on Lloyds, who have nothing to do with the running of the UK, and the policies of successive governments. It is government that sets tax and spend levels and the segment of the population that get hit or benefit from those levels.
