correct - people on here obviously have problems with age related memory problems. I have pointed out a few times already that businesses on a countries stock exchange can consist of a number of multi nationals and so therefore not a direct link to the economy of the country in which they are listed.

It is obvious that the UK hasn't actually gone into recession as the figures cannot include the Black economy which is estimated to be a substantial percentage of GDP.

Have a reality check - a tiny amount of 'reviews' going back over 13 years.

BT have about 30 million consumers. Even if nearly all 'reviews' were bad,which is normally the case, that would mean that 99.5% of consumers are happy enough not feel the need to whinge on that site. I hope that puts it into some sort of perspective

Forward 2024 dividend should be over 7% based on what investors are currently able to purchase at.

A dividend payment per share will NOT be determined by a share price level.

I was an Arm investor when listed in the UK before it was taken over.

The market valuation went up a great deal from 1998 until the take over in 2016.

Arm business/profitability would be the same no matter where the share listing is.

The only difference is what investors are willing to pay for each £/$ of earnings.

As far as I am aware ARM still has it's HQ in the UK.

A number of high return stocks have been available.

for example my purchase of BAT in December at 2256p gives a double digit dividend yield paid quarterly.

I for one won't be complaining about low value UK stocks being available.

Investors shouldn't complain when stocks are available at very low prices relative to profitability.
