I am thinking that it is a value per share that the market has determined today.

with the current number of shares in issue, a share price of 65p would give Lloyds a market cap of about £40.5 Billion compares with a high valuation since being formed of about £58 Billion. Lloyds is in better shape now than when it was valued at £58 Billion.

The market decides on valuation on a daily basis. I hhave yet to sell any since my last purchase at under 40p

re BLND - I also made a sale at about 530p on 16th March 2021 (bought at a much lower level.

I have sold all of my sub £3 purchases but have still got my purchase at about 358p made on 23rd Sept 2022, so any interest in a new purchase (at this moment in time) would have to be a lot closer to that level or below
