NO it suggests him cashing in some chips to make a good profit - he or anyone else does not know what valuation the market will place on Lloyds tomorrow, next week, next month etc.
Directors making sales are irrelevant to me.What is more relevant is when they buy.
He has just been awarded 2,309,666 shares under an incentive plan running until the end of 2027, and you think him selling some that he already had as relevant?
