it is a mickey mouse outfit. It was put on Aom less than 2 years ago and was valued at less then £1 million at the start of the year.

No I didn't and they haven't - when/if all the warrants are exercised then the net assets should be around £15 million (mainly cash) and at the current share price the market would be valuing met1 at about £160 million

I suggest you read the relevant rrns in relation to the raising of money since January involving pre paid warrants 240 million at 2p each for Met1 and the ongoing rns's relating to their exercise and the exercise of up to a further 500 million cash warrants with 2p to [ay to met1 when exercised, So 250 million X 2p plis 2p X by how ever many cash warrants have been exercised so far.

I believe you are being lazy - not reading and digesting. It is clear in an rns how much will potentially will be raised via warrants .

Cannot see why they want to bother - it seems it is the automatic thing to do with businesses .

An about 3% of market cap return to shareholders is hardly a great change in price per share if there were no consolidation -

I am sure most shareholders wouldn't have minded seeing a small price drop when a special divi is paid.

you have at least one person that goes on about volumes and you go on about the number of trades - meaningless on their own.

I am sure that there are 'poor' small gamblers that are using a platform where there are no trade costs or very little in which case they could do many tiny buys or sells.
