there were 750 million warrants to exercise, An rns will show you the shares in issues before warrants were exercised.

The share price would need to get below 3p for warrant holders not to think about exercising more.

Just to add - when HFEL for a period of time were trading at a discount, HFEL were purchasing their own shares in the market and putting into treasury. When what has mainly been the 'norm', trading at a premium resumed , they were then able to issue new shares into the market from those held in treasury.

strange thing to say - when shares are sold at above asset value that is a benefit for shareholders/the fund , when further assets are purchased with the proceeds. The amount that the fund then has to pay out in dividends obviously has to increase because of new issues getting the same payment per share.
