3I creating another all time high
FTSE 100 creating another new all time high - 8,200 now needed to break it.
Is going to be a Loooooooooonnnnnnnnnnngggggg
DRrrrrraaaaaawwwwwnnnnnn out affair if volume doesn't pick up.
A lot more sellers needed.
HSBC Q1 well received by market, with share price peaking at over £7 -
Q1 + 'special' dividends totalling 31 cents coming up, matching the 31 cents for the final.
MS continuing with the purchase of very low priced Lloyds shares.
At just under 702p, the shares bought on 30th Oct 2023 for 588p.
Shares go xd on 9th May for the total 31 cents dividends
About a 5% dividend payment in a little over 4 months time - not too shabby
At a fraction over 103p, and slightly above my last top up in Feb last year.
Well received by the market - a nice tick up in share price.
As expected a 10C first quarter dividend along with the 21C 'special' making it a match to the final dividend of 31 C just received, but Sterling has strengthened in recent days against the dollar.
Another 3 Billion buyback to commence in May.

Holding initially built on SAYE, share matching scheme, share options and discretionary awards, etc whilst working.
Traded 'excess' shares like any other share in the 30 + years I have been a shareholder. I am prepared to sell half of my current holding, but that obviously is price dependant - that would require a continued upward move in share price to £10, £11 + for that to happen, otherwise I would be adding on any significant downward move.
Now back to excellent quarterly dividends.
I will still most likely always be a shareholder.

??
Is over 30 years not a long time to have been invested in HSBC ?
I also worked at HSBC for many years - I have been receiving a pension from HSBC since the age of 50.
HSBC is my largest holding in my portfolio.
AZN and 3i (today) creating new all time highs.
Massive increase in CAR price
MS continuing to pick up cheap shares as we approach 25% spent and an
average 50p level
FTSE 100 smashing all time highs
UK stocks are cheap

''This share is the worse stock on the UK Market. What a dog''

On course for another all time closing high, after establishing a new intraday all time high today.

''Break to the upside next week looking ever more likely now.''
If only an investor could see the very short term future.
In any case, we are in a win/win situation. If there are still a few sellers of stock, asking for these current low prices, then that can only be good for the 2024 repurchase programme, bearing in mind that 50p per share in Jan 2022, by the end of the current programme will be equivalent to about 60p.
If sellers at the current level completely dry up, then that will please those wanting to exit Lloyds at a bit higher price.
On checking in - CARCLO up 75%
WOW
My low priced purchase from several years ago, suddenly taken off in a single day. Had not in recent times given the investment much thought. Hope it continues.
Another 7 hours, but currently due to open at about 8,090 , so a new all time high maybe a possibility later today to beat the current high of about 8,105
UK stocks are cheap .
