Faroe's recent Nordic Bond issue was in $.
I'd be surprised if IOG would be able to make this event at short notice - hopefullu all too busy!
It's a shame that they haven't replied to you though, who did you email Spazway?
I'm hoping it's the same foreman, cutters and welders that worked on Clipper S that work on ours. "oh, just another fews of those ones boss?".
Then a sale to Ineos like Clipper S too!!
Hahaha. Phenomenal.
1. You're a crook.
2. I'll find the evidence.
3. It might've been an alias.
4. Actually, find it yourself.
5. You steal WiFi.
6. You live in a bedsit.
7. You're filtered.
The mindset of a lunatic BB ramper.
You told us to bear with you whilst you went to look?
Please be quick, I wouldn't want my neighbour to knock me off their WiFi before you post it.
My god.
Not only do my aliases post fake Sky news stories to ramp shares. I'm also a 'tw at'.
Where's this post I, or one of my 'aliases' posted? C'mon, should be easy to find.
Oh, either me or one of my 'aliases'?
This should be a treat.
That's nice. So which share was it?
My god that sounds libellous.
Which share was that?!?
Stop committing treason Oshea.
It's good to see breadth of strategies I think. At least that way you don't fall into the crowded trade scenario.
Post construction start and lead up to first production will be an interesting time, regardless of 3rd party contractor provision you still need a decent size workforce when you operate multiple assets and platforms (and a terminal maybe?), see Serica, Spirit, Chrysaor. NUIs accepted.
I'd be surprised if the IOG/LOG team fancy that - much easier for an established company to absorb into their operating organisation when the time is right I think. Holders get liquidity event, buyer gets ready made infrastructure, production & reserves and everyone buys a Yacht :)
Never realised IOG were at that conference, might have popped along if I'd known!
Interesting to see them alongside Chrysaor on overall billing, MR's old CH4 colleague heads that up with serious PE backing.
I have my own 'theory' re. end game here in that context but I've run out of tinfoil so will need to pop to the shops first!!
Oilbell - did you have those chats with the same folk that you spoke with when you travelled across to Ireland to get some inside intel from a drilling rig crew when you were desperately trying to ramp PVR?
Or are these chats imaginary too?
Tony - how much was that asset booked for on Flybe's accounts. Reckon NAV must've decreased.
Did a poster just entirely fabricate a 'news' report re. Sky News?
That's low, even for LSE.
Aligator - you expect logic where there, in many cases, is none.
It's a era where people will happily buy garbage shares due to reading about them on twitter and holding for a month is considered "long term". If a price doesn't 'boom' it's sell and get ramped into another POS.
Me? I find a proper company with proven assets and a path to development, ignore the herd, accumulate and wait to see if I'm right..... I might be wrong and there's always risk but I'd be very surprised if this development doesn't go ahead and in a way that makes current holder very handsome returns.
Insane viewing from the sideline.
Not the best guesses for a bottom so far from the usual suspects.
Unless there's a CLLN type accounting scandal about to unfold you would imagine there would need to be some SP respite soon.
Exclusivity period was tied in with previous FID timescale. FID was delayed and this along with it. Someone else acquiring Perenco's facilities? To do what with?
IOG are on the cusp of financing a large scale, extremely. lucrative, offshore development mainly through issuance of bond debt. I think I'll take the prospective bond holders due diligence ahead of poor little earnest Dusty.
I think it's going to be a good November :)
Markets shaky, commodities taking a tilt - either the beginning of armageddon or all part of the oh-so-serious game that we call 'the markets'.
FTSE flirting with 7k. I'm sure the algorithmic bots used by the people who really influence these markets are programmed to place particular emphasis on these round number due to the psychological impact they have on us lot. Not that bots are trading IOG though!
On a macro scale nothing would surprise me these days. When the "most powerful man in the world" changes his mind about massively important things on a whim then anything is up for grabs.
Local energy though - I can't help but feel that is going to be an asset that retains a very significant value in the coming period.
Circular is here. https://www.independentoilandgas.com/downloads/reports/2018_IOG_AGM_Notice_05Apr2018.pdf
Exclusion of up to 30mill shares ref. pre-emption rights.
I'd be stunned if IOG used PrimaryBid.
