It does make you wonder what BOD have been spinning to II because on a positive note despite this very lowly share price there is no evidence of a mass exodus so i will try and take some comfort in that.

Did the $54m get paid ? Sat on circa $25m, we were told $40m of debt repaid yet it is at $520m whereas it was previously at $552 have we used another debt facility and will it be shares to pay back. There are still so many unanswered questions here the cloak and dagger approach leads to suspicion and negativity and is therefore reflected in the share price.

Well here's hoping for no nasty shocks tomorrow and hopefully some encouraging positives and confirmation on cash position , then maybe we can finally start a steady share price recovery.

So sadly we are possibly a low ball target in this highly unregulated market where the transfer of wealth goes unchallenged and directors holdings will receive preferential off market treatment.

Will we become the Predator (again if we have free cash flow) allbe it on smaller distressed assets ?

Will we see a rise leading into results on wednesday ?
i cant see this falling back below 7p unless we have defaulted on something, hoping and expecting some really positive news in these coming updates with something substantive to move the price upwards.

See the spread has widened again today after a couple of weeks of relatively small spread, doesn't really encourage trading.

Not convinced the Seller has F---- off yet, volume looks a little thin as well today.
Just wish we could get some Clarity on the same questions that we are all seeking the answers too.
This is an unbelievably frustrating share to say the least.

Jesus that is January's they are chasing, using those dates we are probably invoicing again today so we may have $100m of unpaid invoices through the last 6 months ?

Morning Paul i've also been adding in recent days and have opened up some long Speadbet positions too.

A little but recommendation from them now would be nice especially as it was their analyst who let slip in last months conference call with ME

There is also the liklehood that costs insurance has been taken out based on the percentage Chance Council thinks the success will be, the higher the chance of a win the cheaper the fee.

I really don't like being negative but as i have mentioned a couple of times recently i see a delay in Results being published, why publish a financial update a couple of weeks before scheduled results ?
