Few little stop loss raids today, is the seller gone and now the mm's need stock to fill an order for II's ? i really hope that is the case need to get through 10p in the next week or so

There was the volume over 4 days which is what a director has before he notifies the company of purchases or sells who then have to notify the market within 24 hours.

Thought there would have been a slightly more positive reaction to the Director buys especially considering AK's purchase size.
Maybe II got big orders to fill at under 10p, i just hope that F---ing seller has gone.

Hopefully directors were buying with the knowledge that the big seller had or would be cleared and this now gets a fair run ?

At last, this is what we all have been asking for got to be a significant increase on the back of this, excellent news.

A director has 4 days to notify the company they have been buying shares on the open market and the company must then announce this by the end of the following day, so my prediction for friday/monday news was wrong but hopefully we will get news of directors buying over the coming days because you would like to think there will never be a better opportunity.

I think we will see as similar pattern of trades again today as MM's fill the directors orders and i will stick by my prediction of RNS tomorrow or monday, i am finally genuinely excited as i believe there will be serious share price traction north over the next 3-4 months

I think we will see more of those before close today and possibly tomorrow

I am going to stick my neck out and predict an RNS Friday or Monday confirming Director Buys those larger trades from last week could very easily have been D'B's in nominee account or T10's or T20's then pay after results posted not sure how legal it is but it does go on, or simply they will be buying today , tomorrow and friday. If 80% of the company is owned by just 20 Shareholders that only leaves 200m shares in free float, i would guess another 30-40m are owned by regular posters on here, i would imagine there are many other private shareholders with small stakes, short positions don't appear to be an issue (not anymore anyway) it can only be a bondholder feeding there stock through the system. So the Free Float is very small and when good news does come (hopefully an expedited interims release) then i would expect this to move very quickly. As many of us have mentioned before some seriously chunky Director buys would be very welcome here as some of them need to put there money where there mouth is and purchase instead of relying on freebie options. Probably not yet, just trading within a range of between 5950-6300 as it has for past 2 months

Hi Mud, i disagree i believe it will have a very positive impact on sentiment, share price, debt reduction, working capital and it doesn't have to be a large amount i used £"5m as an example it will be the intention that is important.

If the interims do arrive in september and there is now no reason why they shouldn't and they reflect the first half update then we should see a huge swing from £96m loss to a significant profit and more importantly if that continues for full year results then we will be in dividend territory . At share price of 10p a £25m divi would be a 25% yield therefore a share price of 50p would be a 5% yield and not to shabby, also leaving a shed load of cash to possibly develop Niger on our own, however i would still prefer a partner with experience to fast track the asset when the pipeline is finished improving further still our cash balance and generating more income. I feel more confident in the last 10 days about this share than i have for the last 6 months and believe it is only a matter of time before we have a dramatic re-rate.

If the seller has finally gone 12p should come pretty quickly, probably meet some resistance there before breaking through.

Volume appears to be up significantly, bid up finally but the ask and share price remain static, lets hope brokers are managing some director or institutional buys that will lead to a decent holdings RNS

Exactly, interest completely stifled mm's making no money and giving no one an incentive to either buy or sell.

I doubt there are 130m share available in free float anyway, II hold approx 700m, members on here must hold between 30-50m, they would have to come from the bond holder and no one knows if he is dumping or not because info on holding thresholds for this share are sketchy to say the least.
