100 sites is the quoted Cineworld, the 127 number includes Picturehouse UK sites.
I can guarantee you if Black Widow stays at it's current release date then Cineworld will open late April (23rd) to show it. The rest of May is then much stronger than we had with Tenet in the summer which saw thr Nolan film as the only real tentpole released. Backing up BW will be Free Guy and Fast & Furious 9, both of which will bring in customers heading into June.
Q3 earnings are way below forecast and share price is tanking AH and yet "some" people on here would have you believe streaming is the future and cinema is dead...
Cineworld will be fine, hopefully open by Xmas for WW84, followed by a vaccine roll out and then a film filled 2021
I'm so confused, you apparently hold 80,000 shares and yet you talk like a 14yr old.
First off, there's already an official date for Bond, it's in April. A TV interview with Mooky would do nothing, he is rather uncharasmatic and no other interviews have had any positive effect. You've also missed key actions like NYC and LA opening theatres off the list, this is NEEDED before any major films get released, Mooky has even stated that fact.
I can't reveal how I know but I can tell you right now, until Friday evening, no one, not even Mooky himself knew the delay was coming.
This fact could be important come November.
When Bond was originally delayed they openly stated that it would be released on the 12th November in most territories and then the 25th November in the US, that 2 week delay could be key given the LA and New York situation.
Please just pack it in Indepth, VOD will never replace cinema once covid is a distant memory. Just the ease of piracy alone makes it no good. The day Mulan was released you could download a HD version. Good luck finding that with Tenet. You're becoming very boring and tiresome now.
WB charmain hails it as a fantastic start.....
"In nine markets, including Ukraine and the Netherlands, “Tenet” did better than any previous movie directed by Nolan, including “The Dark Knight.” It was the largest opening yet in Saudi Arabia, which in 2018 ended its ban on cinemas. In the United Kingdom, “Tenet” accounted for 74% of ticket sales, Warner Bros. said."

Incredible that you've seen it already? Oh hold on, you're talking sh*t.
Hmmmm, I'm suspicious of this. For starters, I'm not sure Joker ever had a pre sale period. Was just a general release.
No they can't.
Look at a sample cinema, click on each show time and you can get an idea of what bookings are like. That's my official response anyway, unofficially, I just know.
How did you hear that? It's not being booked very very quickly in the slightest.
Yes, I'm holding till early 2022 at the earliest, fully expecting it to hit £3+ in enough time and for the business to eventually bring debt levels down to a point that previous pre regal highs are even reachable.
Not a chance of a studio buying Cineworld for a whole manner of reasons. Mostly Mooky being a stubborn bugger that simply won't sell.
Were you honestly expecting it to do so?
JBS, tickets will be on sale before you wake up in the morning. Guaranteed.
Where have people seen that results are out tomorrow? I've seen no RNS giving notice of tomorrow being the date.
Less than zero chance.
