I'm just thinking of the drop when we had the private placing which actually bought us 6,800 rigs and 172.5 bitcoin.... if that positive news can drop us down on its own then another drip-fed positive one might only repair some of the damage at best.... luckily for you all though I'm not in charge haha

I'm personally wondering if we see a massive combo RNS actually.... something like, private placement for 40m shares, takes us to 400m, consolidation 4/1 to leave us with 100m, use the cash to order more miners for Q3 /4 and buy another 500 coins now....

If Carlsberg did RNS that would be it. Lose any negativity from the placing or consolidation in the whirlwind of good stuff....

Action I was merely referencing the individuals investing in ARBKF who are overly concerned about the warrant issues. Personally I love the US. Have lived there, worked there, travelled there, family there.

Rookie and Jay, you're both spot on, but logic doesn't necessarily apply to every single investor over there, just like we have a few here... it's sentiment and positive momentum and even a ripple affects it.

Ironically the bitcoin retrace the past hour will probably have more of an immediate impact than the RNS but those two things combined might shake a few out, ridiculous as that is.

It's not the number sadly, it's the bubble bursting... this is 7 in a month for the US, they don't trust that this won't keep happening. We've had a couple of weeks without and the SP has risen, they'll get spooked and blame this which I know is ridiculous but it just seems to be their trading culture. They hate the instability.

Bitcoin has doubled since December 18...

Argo SP up around 1,000% since that day (from 14p)

Riot are up just over 200% (from $10.05)

Mara only around 250% in the same time frame (from $9.31)

We really need to stop comparing negatively and start comparing favourably as they are doing that on the nasdaq with x10 the volume.

No you're right that it should be higher.... I'd just advise zooming out a little and not worry too much about the day to day (easier said than done I know).

Gatoula, I sympathise. I'm similar. I'm a writer really and after my job went I used a bit of my redundancy to start trading in June, bought some GGP, ECR, POW, RRR and CGNR and then ARB in July... had a good run, to be honest, beginners luck maybe, cashed them all out and put them in here. I truly believe. Hopefully this summer things will improve for us all, in terms of bitcoin and Argo, and 'real life' too.
