It would be interesting to know what the views of the store staff you follow are? I'm sure i am not the only who would take an interest. I always find it disheartening to read that staff are unhappy with the way things are run be it M&S or any other business as i feel that ultimately affects profits. How could it not?

I can't speak for anyone else posting here but i have held for a long period of time here and won't be selling a bean, whilst hoping M&S manage to sell substantially more than a bean.

It is most unfortunate that this attack has occurred when the company had been doing so well of late. The path is never simple is it?

It would seem you have a very low opinion of the M&S staff that generate our profits, grafting on the shop floor day in day out. I myself hold them in high regard and they have nothing more than my respect and gratitude.

Well i've just looked at BBCiPlayer and found the business segment dated today and there is no sign of the interview! No idea how to view it in that case. I've been tuned into BBC1 since i got up around 6am.

If it were the business segment then it won't be repeated every half hour (and i haven't seen it mentioned since).
