The message, seen by The Telegraph, were sent on the Lloyd's Rainbow network - a group for LGBTQ+ staff members.

“Please know that we cherish and celebrate you and we remain committed to inclusivity. If you’re a line manager, please be mindful of the potential impact on members of your team and be available to them. We are here to listen and support," Mr Walton wrote. 👍

Give your head a wobble. I wasn't having a dig at your post. When i wrote 'like it needs an explanation' i mean't MY post shouldn't have needed an explantaion. As in, the car finance issue potentially costing billions would have a negative impact on the Lloyds SP.

The point i was making was that the car finance investigation leaves a large question mark over the future of Lloyds SP.
