Same 95ish average. Only invested money I can forget about for a good while. As long as a recovery is taking place and theres no dire news that changes my stance on the share I'm thinking a 5 year timescale

Thanks goldgnome, that was a really interesting read for the timescale side of things. So hopefully now I take it we will be moving on to pre feasibility/feasibility studies and will have a year or two drilling down into that detail

Mrbond I like to think I'm patient but hope I dont have to be 10 years patient. I saw from their market cap they are a very small company...I'd hope that sort of timeframe would be more due to lack of resources and financing etc but it's not an area I know much about. Just currently trying to do a bit of research into it

Just bought today around 96. No idea if it's the bottom but hopefully close enough....imagine the dividend yield if this recovers. Not for the faint hearted but had to have a punt incase it turns into a nice turn around story

We are in total agreement on the standard of houses put up by the large developers, they are shoddy at best. I had someone contact me recently who has a new build from one of the big ftse listed house builders. The upstairs of the house was freezing and the house builder refused to acknowledge any issue. After cutting a hole in the wall and wiggling into the void like a ferret I found insulation missing in probably 50% of the areas it was required. It was only when threatened with an independent surveyors report and legal action that the faults were finally acknowledged and rectified at their cost.

I'm a builder myself...if you come across pretentious like the below post in person I'm not surprised you cant get a decent tradesman. I'm a very good builder and I pick my customers just as much as they pick me. Me and my boom box would be far away from any work you required. Also all the best craftsman I know are all english. You shouldn't generalise in that fashion as its inaccurate.

Crude was down 5% while the market was open and dow was down 3% also, it's what dragged the FTSE further down in the afternoon
