Busy day at work today so not checked all day. Very happy to see gold through 1800 and centamin performing very nicely. Hopefully a bit of news monday to help feul the start of an uptrend. Fingers crossed anyway.

Hopefully be a good day tomorrow. Here's hoping gold doesn't fall back tonight and tomorrow.

It's just tracking the gold price on its pull back, nothing to worry about, personally think gold is just consolidating for a real push at breaking 1800

Took some divi earners here at 2679 and imb at 1460. Best income shares around and great value

Arfur I loaded up after the results had buys at 102, 103, 104 and 106. I believe gold will go up and with no existing debt and better leadership cey are in a great position to grow in a bull cycle. I've put in more than I want to loose but at 35 I believe I'm still young enough to take a calculated gamble. I hope one day to welcome cey into the ftse 100, I've got no timeframe as long as the story still feels compelling ill hang around. Good luck to us all

Hello everyone, was looking into basel 3 and everyone mentions 28th June for implementation but all the documents I was looking at state 1st Jan 2023. I'm obviously missing something, can anyone point me in the right direction

One thing I will say, is so far martin hogan seems really impressive. He really strikes me as a man who gets things done and not scared to take the hard decisions for the long term good. I really think centamin are going to flourish under his leadership and really look forward to watching it unfold. Obviously the proof is in the pudding but he seems a good egg so far

I don't know if it involves the cc but it sounds positive. If the resolution of these disputes is the catalyst for further investment in Egypt as martin horgan is apparantly quoted as saying it must be reasonably important disputes.

As Mr bond said worldquant would be my first guess. The price was only above 109.75 for less than an hour yesterday so I'd be surprised if they were sells...more likely WQ can see the chance of gold breaking out and are covering incase

Very good day today. Looks like we're at the very top of our current range. Hopefully a bit of newsflow soon or a bit more gold price help to force us to breakout from it. Have a good evening all. Gdx also looking like it could make a higher high today to match its higher lower

I'm also a bit of a gold bull and believe higher prices will come. Decided I'd rather be a year to early than a month too late

£1.50 would be terrible for CEY. All time high is 2.33 with a single producing asset. If we can become multi asset with some decent gold price tailwind we will far exceed the previous all time high by a good way. That's my belief and why I wanted to invest. I thought I'd missed out and that this level was in the rear view mirrorbut got given a second chance to get in.

Certainly a reasonably convincing bounce so far off the the double bottom in the 1670's. Hopefully it will continue a little while and allow us to break out of the tight little trading range we're in. Have a good weekend everyone

Took another few today near close and think that's now me happy with my holding. Happy to relax and hold now. Gold will turn around when it's good and ready but doubt we are too off the bottom now. Hopefully good times ahead for us all

DASUT...I read back your post history last night, it sounded like you've had a really interesting life...I found it interesting to read about so bet it was great in the flesh. It's nice to know someone with such detailed first hand knowledge of the sector is a long term investor here
