Richard you have found three stocks better than this please tell....lol Each to their own of course however I sleep soundly in my bed with this , I am not worried a jot about a serious wedge that I have in this . I have found out in the past to my loss chasing stocks is not always the best option , the aim is a minefield right now therefore I would be so bold in suggesting that you hold and refer you to my 7th February post on here.....this still applies!!! Cash generative stocks are where it�s at for me ,avoid every oil and gas stock ( I hold a couple still ) and continual cash callers. Sometimes boring stocks win the day , but I base it on simple maths and little risk going forward. Good luck in whatever you decide

Perth-based lithium hopeful Tawana Resources is understood to have captured the attention of a party it knows well. Street Talk understands Tawana's joint venture partner, Singapore-listed Alliance Mineral Assets Ltd, is seeking to buy the company in a scrip based merger. Together, the all-scrip deal would create a company with about a $500 million market capitalisation and the next lithium exporter from Australia. The deal is expected to be accompanied by equity raisings from both companies. Tawana is listed on the ASX with a $230 million market capitalisation. The company is focused on its Bald Hill Project, located close to Western Australia's eastern goldfields. Alliance is its joint venture partner on the project.

I bought Ajm and taw a few weeks ago , tonight AJM announced they have several interested parties vying for pilangoora and appointed Citibank as advisers Now also tonight TAW wants AMALs stake in the Bald Hill entity which is currently sitting at a JV 50%/50%. Just announced a suspension till Monday pending placing and a control transaction. Certainly a good time to grab these near term lithium miners.

Only a mug would buy humrf shares . I struggle with your experience , if this is so it’s a bad bad choice . If I can’t buy direct into the market place I don’t bother . You think the company will pull it off yet constantly moan to private investors about the share price its laughable .The sp does not define the company or future prospects Pretty much letting the company get on with it , I trust their judgment . So much so I’ll be adding come isa season.

Border Welcome to the Wild West that is aim . It’s something that any investor worth his salt should realise before investing a single penny . However recent events have stopped me investing a penny more in aim stocks .just consolidating here and running a decent asx portfolio. I believe the money is leaving aim in the bucket loads.

CNR dual listed on TSX jan 15th subsequently it put 50% on in the following few weeks . has fell back due to prevailing market conditions and a placing . CNR is still pretty much an explorer and zero revenues . therefore if a newly cash generative gold miner comes to TSX then expect fireworks. also i would point out the market here reacted quite favourably to dan's past presentation in canada. i would see it as wholely positive for holders even though i don't admit i know all the implications for HUM UK holders. but i also suggest its part of expansion plans for a very advanced second asset feasibility study onwards. i see no reason to do it otherwise

furthermore i do not think for one minute if cora proved 1m oz up on HUMs doorstep and of course owning over 34% of cora , they will require any further funds ...because a cash rish HUM by that time will snaffle up no problem . even half of that would still be extremely lucrative to HUM but not others so hum are in the box seat here with nearby mine and very large stake , cora will NEVER produce an ounce. hence the very low risk and dilution .....

1m oz would be only justify �8m market cap ...lol .also your saying it was extremely overvalued at IPO? your not buying on the risk of future dilution ? i'd stay away from cora altogether perhaps you should take a look at other gold miners values and MC's . drilling campaign is fully funded for another 12months . funding is based on drill results going forward , however dilution is a fact of life with small exploration plays something you must accept. in my opinion the risk here is extremely low , the shares are held tight by large holders with only 15m shares in free float this is cheap with the added bonus of drilling in known goldfields with a large data set already on the doorstep of producing mines DYOR

perhaps due to them releasing a PFS soon to double production (within 18 months ) in april coupled with new jorc . with only 5% of the license area currently explored. i doubt the chinese would over value anything , as the buyers are battery producers ,securing direct high quality supply in turn making them ultra competitive in the EV market place and ultimately highly profitable.

nah i just believe i know a good thing when i see it , purely based on cash flow and management team . however short term market that aim is of late and the woeful performance across the AIM ,as its not really specific to a particular sector. the big thing for me is i never invest more than i am prepared to lose, i enjoy investing as a past time a hobby , nothing more. the money anyone invests is relative to their personal wealth so �100 to you maybe �1000 to another. i bear you no ill will clive , i would gladly sit with you and buy you a beer or two . then you would perhaps understand my positions at various other companies that shall definitely remain nameless . i am on a self imposed amnesty from their boards too..... Jan remains on my watchlist as they have a very capable management team and a decent asset, but i only buy stuff now approaching production whatever they are churning out oil , gas , coal , gold or jelly beans.

no trisse drill , drill , drill , dilution ,jorc ,dilution PFS , mega dilution , big debt/loan funding........mine build starts then lob_on buys not a deramp , i dont dispute that SAV will get that far however lots of up and downs along the road
