I do shares for 16 years now and last 7 years I make a big gain. I look at Stan Weinstein book. (Secrets for Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets) I look at his chart on page 32, and look at Moving Average (MA) on page 13 and 14. This MET1 is just right to go up. In in stage2. It may go down a bit but it will go up.. I say to others do this MET1 They do it as well. Big gain coming here over the next few months.

PHE is bad , but ITM , and AFC are going up now. PHE will take time but it will up in time.

PH is no good today.

XOS just go up we must look at this one see when go to stage 2, look at Stan book see when go up. Eachtotheirown look at you shares all this that not in Stage 2 sell them . You can now use MET1 and also you can look at ITM, and Caledonia Mining to see what are now look at Stan book are they in stage 2 or not. Do this and in time you can make a big gain.. MET1 look good see how it goes and take it from there.
