As per the last RNS (section below) there's the matter of the two current directors of Tyacks gold and Tanzania mining licence to resolve before the next payment, they have to agree on the remuneration amount and nature of payment, were that will come from is another issue as we're currently in distress financially.

Then the new directors, one being from Cynergy need appointing.

This doesn't look to be a quick and straightforward operation from the outside and limited information released by Robbie & Co.

The terms of payment of the Payment are under negotiation and upon finalisation and agreement Mr Stanley and his co-director have agreed to resign from the Board of Tyacks allowing the appointment of Directors from the Company and Cynergy as contemplated in the Heads of Terms concluded with Cynergy. Once complete, Cynergy will complete the phase 1 investment."

I'd give them a red card, on passed performance if they started this years accounts now they wouldn't manage to complete them before Octobers deadline.

Excellent RNS, Robbie & the team have been making steady progress on site whilst waiting for the main expansion funding, though the wait is frustrating at times they are not just standing about idley.

Robbies personal contribution shows confidence in GCAT"s future in his eyes, he's well pleased to know far far more than most if not all.

As for 50% of the cash flow, it clearly states "FREE" cash flow, so if they continue to use the cash from mining to move the project forwards, as they currently are there will be no "free" cash to hand over.
