Has been vocal on the need for funds. We were looking to be in full production now. It was tight in relation to funds then. So now, they are absolutely needed, it will have to be dilution unless GR pulls a rabbit.

In order to do that, the nature of aim, an egm will be announced which will crash the price then the placing price will be lower.

If an egm is called it’s for a placing. Funds are seriously constrained. Any longer term funding takes longer to sort out. So I would anticipate an egm being called. It’s good practice anyway seeing as we sit at the share ceiling.

Totally agree, conversed with him yesterday. Nothing disclosed as expected. But funds will be needed in the short term and I cannot see production this month personally.

What I’m reading and hearing is too professional for George. This has to be coming from a third party, canmax must want a full mill overview and I reckon they forced the hand with stark.

George wouldn’t have made these decision a year 18 months ago. So hopefully the canmax boys can hone in with the oem’s and deliver for everyone.

In relation to starks contractual obligations, quite simply they have failed and this should nullify any contractual obligations for prem. If there was a risk of comeback I think they would still be on site, they are not.
