why people are taking off the table such substantial chunks when the mcap is £3mil is beggars belief. I sincerely hopes Laurence takes heed. He bangs on about shareholder value, yet Miles and Laurence adopt the conservative approach and issue quarterly time targets. Whilst I appreciate factors are out of their control, if you pay for a service from W.A. you come to an interview knowing better timescales than three months. You want to add shareholder value, improve the sentiment as your business is worth significantly less than your asset. It should stop him raising further and make him take note of what is actually important, the hand that feeds you.

Shed I agree on the sales side with you completely. I would like to know if the silver/ lead option is to be explored more thoroughly. I feel the silver was the main play yesterday on big recoveries, it was a mainstay of a lot of the conversation yesterday. Bit of a shame that Christmas is in the way. I also wonder if this additional drilling campaign has been given direction by a potential suitor. We will not know until we get a general meeting request to discuss an offer. On previous correspondence from Laurence, he was keen to have a couple of offers- for obvious reasons- get the price jacked up.

I agree. Specialists and institutions will be less forthcoming if they don’t have adequate motivation.

Be interested to hear the rules about disclosure of NDA’s with a listed company.... what are the rules surrounding that? Surely a company is allowed to disclose the name of the mutual party on the nda? Just not discuss what is encompassed by it.... ? Thoughts?

I think it would go to egm and shareholder vote if an offer was made. Where the shares of the company are wholly owned by euz it will come back to shareholder vote.
