Yes whenever you like mate. Laurence did appear stressed and genuine. I wouldn’t want to work for a whole year to look like no progress has been made. If the company were in dire straights now I feel the money would be left in the bank, phase 2 mets would have happened and the asset would have been sold. But let’s see where we go. Anyone investing in an euz, cerp, ukog has been burnt before- I appreciate your amended conservative approach. We have been wracked hard by peel and I feel for people that sell on such a spread. A couple of decent blue and high volume days could be all the company need. I value the business at more than £10mil now and certainly more than £3mil. I can see why you are cautious though!

Shatner. Been in correspondence with TP and BHC as well as peel. I have been investing long enough. Cheers for your concern though. £3mil Mcap is all you need to remember, through no fault of the company imo.

I have several grievances which are circumstantial.

Over recent months there have been a lack of broker notes on EUR when you have been joint broker, along side Turner Pope. Over recent months there has been a large sell off of stock, turner pope are not culpable and neither is the main shareholder deutsche bank.

Peel Hunt have been sat on the order book, selling into relatively small volumes, where they sit at the top of the book they have forced the share price down 40%, on the release of JORC results, the release of met results. Subsequently you are now no longer joint broker.

Please can you confirm the holdings BHC have in Europa and can you also confirm the number of warrants held.

Additionally I feel that the numbers of warrants for the amount of money is incorrect, potentially through an admin error. This needs to be settled and the company need to be informed.

I fully appreciate your compliance team will refute all of the points listed above and this i feel the only way to go is to go through the FCA. I have also informed the company of the findings and I am sure they will also be conducting their own investigation into matters as well. I would love to hear the viewpoint of BHC on the above points.

Good afternoon,

Good to see you are all working hard before the Christmas break, destroying shareholder value.

I have filled out a notification form for two reasons:

1. where a matter occurs which could have a significant adverse impact on a firm, including its ability to provide adequate services to a customer; In the last six weeks you have sat at the top of the order book and dropped the Share Price by over 40% this is a significant impact and I believe this to be because you are acting for a house broker offloading stock.
2. where a particular notifiable event may have occurred. I also believe you have breached this point in conjunction with Brandon Hill Capital that have been selling their stock, whilst being joint broker.

You have not responded to my previous complaint that I raised, you are affecting a company with an MCap of £3million. If you continue acting in such aggressive ways, you could cause irreversible damage.

I want this to be escalated rather than fobbed off. You have been reported and I hope it gets investigated. I have C'd in BHC so you can get your stories straight.

You should be banned.

emailing LR is not going to change the sp the day before christmas eve. I think people should find solace in the Mcap being £3mil. It is clearly undervalued and quite ridiculous.

no not at all, I just can't see that they wouldnt have some kind of inclination after working so closely on met phase 1.

to think: if the mcap drops further, will the company be forced to act on moving the asset?

At £3mil Mcap this company has been derisked by a huge amount now. May as well buy more
