By the end of this week, 40 countries in Africa and 29 in the Americas are expected to have the ability to detect the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said today during a press briefing.

Many countries had been sending samples to others for testing, which can take days. Now, they’ll be able to get results themselves within 24 to 48 hours, he said.

WHO has also sent personal protective equipment to 21 countries and is preparing to send it to another 106 in the comings weeks, Tedros said.

In all honesty I don’t believe in rha it is a money pit, always has been, always will be. $18mil invested already and not a penny back. The new buy in to mnh- for me it’s an added luxury the company didn’t need with the amount of shares in issue. The money for me is and always will be in Zulu and circum. Circum such a closed book- we will never really know where we lie with it as George is not held in high enough regard and not a listed company. So that for me pins the company maker on Zulu. I would also imagine a jv partner is in the wings as there is not enough money in the company accounts to satisfy the epo requirements. I mentioned this to GR and it went by the wayside. the key point is that shareholders and potential shareholders should not have been put in the position they were. GR and his lady at the INDABA should not have been put in the public domain as it is influencing the market. It did influence the market. Simple.
