I have to agree with Risk here, they can easily say there is a big opportunity but actually know they have no chance of getting it. As long as they word it right there are no rules against that.

I don’t think there will be a takeover here BC tweeted months ago how much they like collaborations. Why would they buy GDR when they can collaborate with them? Much cheaper, GDR have next to no assets of value and haven’t yet proved they can commercialise a product which value? I wouldn’t buy GDR or at least not yet til potential can be understood. If they manage to pull off AIHL and sell millions then probably worth it but in the last 5 years the only real deal they have made is DOD contract which is less than 10million. Would you pay over 100million for GDR considering what they have sold so far? If BC had sold millions and millions of the test GDR have maybe but clearly they haven’t sold anything worth mentioning.

The PIs are a very small percentage of the shareholders, DB won’t be going anywhere. Trust me he is not worried at all.

This is a great re entry hopefully a good trade at this level. God I loved this share! But I think it’s worth a punt at this price, going to see how goes, got out of this at 1.40 early this year, never thought I’d get back in at this level when I originally got in at 1.30. Hopefully make some real money this time

This tweet is great but I read that it means a buyout is less likely as they are excited about the partnership. If they buy out they what’s the point of a partnership! But if they are excited that is definitely a good thing, especially as this started months ago and if they weren’t going to sell anything then why bring us up months later!

I try not to post on this board too often now, but I only have one thing to add to the maestro and any nay sayers. I’m not now invested her for DB of anything other than BC. bC as people have said are literally one of the biggest life sciences company in the USA. Your right to talk down DB but this distribution agreement in my opinion will be more fruitful than anyone can imagine. For anyone trying to understand the words posted on this board re GDR please refer to BCs web pages and danagher group. They wouldn’t waste their many on just anyone, especially in the most important battle the world has ever seen and all the spotlight is on life sciences.

I hate to say it as well, everyone must remember that GDR are a customer to cytiva. They will not manufacture anything until it’s payed for. So if GDR don’t have anything to sell or they don’t pay cytiva there will be no bead manufacturing for GDR.

Maestro unfornately I understand some of the happy people here who got in at the low of 60p up 30% now. Wish I had the forsite others have. Like you I won’t be happy till we get back to the 130s but there will be a whole new set of rampers on here now, you will just have to put up with it

This is full circle from December last year, unfortunately this will get bashed until positive news comes. I have to admit I’m surprised it’s this low, looks like the market doesn’t value the BC partnership that much!
