DB says nothing because he doesn’t want the share price to go up. He’s safe now for this year and next with placing money and so is his bonus. He doesn’t have any need to sell anything for a year and a half so probably now trying his best to force out as many share holders as he can so he doesn’t have to deal with all the emails. Crazy really

I think bud has played this well, I recon he has had many opportunities to sell but realises that he needs to sell literally 10s of millions to get a decent amount of money to support product launches. This placing is the easiest way to do it hence the silence and India RNS. In essence at the with the money raised from the placing is the equivalent of selling over 20million if all shares are taken up. He is lazy and has no care to actually sell but to use the market and promise of returns to IIs to get enough money to keep his salary. He has played it smart but at absolutey no care for PIs and other shareholders. This company is solely set up for IIs, PIs always loose here, I’m 44p average I think I’ll get out but by god what a crook. 40% discount on the placing, literally set up for IIs

I can’t see this going to 20s there are a lot of locked in PIs and unless the IIs have sold which I don’t think they have otherwise we would have seen some TR1s then I think mid to late 30s is the bottom: Unless people take their huge losses. Managed to bring my average down to 50p now, really taking a punt here hope it pays off. This is the lowest entry I’ve had in a share, praying for a return and not a flop!

I have to admit I can’t see a take over as much as I would like to see it. If they offered over 100million BC would want that return and more. gDR don’t have an real assets other than their products. Which as far as reported hasn’t sold many. AIHL is predicted to be worth 30million and the others not known yet, so there are not enough number to support the investment and no real orders to support it either. I believe if stock was flying off the shelf then maybe a takeover would be considered but I guess you have to ask yourself, if. You were BC would you by GDR now with no major sales figures and just their products that so far haven’t been sold in volume? I know I wouldn’t!

Am I ready the FAQs right on the BC website? It’s says that the GDR test isn’t actually being sold to work with their biomek machine but the thermofisher one???
