I have asked the trusts this jimi, haven’t had a response yet but every single one I’ve spoken to so far are all fully aware of this and are waiting for full guidance. Where as last year no one even had a clue and it wasn’t on their radar. No one has said they won’t be getting it, they have all said they are waiting for publication. So if it confirms best practice which wwe are all pretty confident it will, then boom.

I have liaised with our Neonatal Service and unfortunately we are not offering the AIHL Test. We do not (and most Trusts) do not have the POCT equipment for this test.
