This agreement is nothing like those other share agreements massive, why don’t your compare them and come back to us?

Rodney that’s how I see it, the 3 million is optional and I think they recon they will get the devote funding which could be millions so won’t need to draw down the extra funding

For me funding is sorted and I’m buying more on Monday. As I think David has something in the background to make riverfort some serious money like funding. He looks after the IIs and at a 32p entry for them I think we have lots to look forward to

System if we get funding that means we won’t need to draw down on the extra funding from the financing agreement which is optional, maybe that is why David only chose to draw down on 2 million to begin with. But who knows I’m just speculating on that bit but if we get more money that’s only a good thing.

I’m going to put it out there still, I think we will still get funding as well from the DEVOTE programme

Funding is sorted, don’t care if people think it’s death spiral or what ever it is we now have got rid of the going concern and can continue to focus on commercialising our products. We churn 6.5 million shares in a couple of days, and no further funding is being drawn down till may and even then it’s a maximum of 300k. This is going to do very well over the next few weeks imho

roger as well they can only draw down a maximum of 300k a month from may, thats not a lot really and with current trading and liquidity dont say any major impact in the short term.

This deal is very very different to TNTs in fact miles miles different and more in favour of Genedrive. It has clearly been well negotiated.

It’s only a death spiral if you have little to offer, we have world class products at commercial stage and NICE approved with installations happening now. This company has invested thier money here because they see value. And remember they can only claim 300k max a month from may. genedrive have made a cracking deal here and can’t see it death spiralling with that arrangement, so far more than 300k is traded in a day!

The share are at a premium at 32p? Why would they drop 20%?

They have literally the best deal in place AND have imho funding as well down devote, you look really silly at the moment don’t you ;)
