Looks to me like a share with a long term down tend (3 year) - why would it go up ever. seems to me that people are making plenty of money when the share price goes down - why would they stop doing something profitable?

You can directly see the trading info on the London Stock Exchange - does that have the same time delay problem?

I think the company share price suffers from reputational risk because of what has happened in recent years with the dilution of ownership/issuing huge numbers of shares. The Board needs to build its reputation by acting prudently and not taking the share holders for granted - it has a chance now I think to do that - off that platform of a good reputation the share price can grow higher than just current performance justifies. They can create a virtuous circle.
