Agreed on that, I sat and watched it this afternoon as well.

I think that is a positive move, it was obvious the staff and BOD would need to sell, they've had their salaries pared back, would need cash and beer money and tax monies.

The II was under 5% a while ago and a few of the 'free' shares have been flipped into the market.

The share price didn't get close to touching all time lows so higher low in that sense.

Now we need war cancelled so that rebuilding can start and Western / USA Government stimulus packages as they no doubt rebuild and rearm.

Any non Chinese controlled critical metals should do well?

It's hard for staff to hold onto all of the stock they've been paid in, they need living expenses as well.

Looking at the last two days trades that looks like ii and Directors are flushed? this afternoon it looked a lot more balanced.

A while ago someone sent me a screenshot of a telegram group where someone used the name of a guy that runs an investment vehicle.

They said they'd sold down ATM at 6 to 7p I think and knew Tony V very well and would buy back after they had made a killing on bmn.

Could all be rubbish and someone messing around but if you ignore the faux pas of investing in bmn the share price destruction part was accurate?

In December 2021 the Company entered a royalty agreement with Victor was replaced by a Profit Share

Agreement, whereby Victor is due 7% of the Company’s annual operating profit that accrues on a monthly

basis, up to an aggregate amount of €3,500,000, which will commence upon the Company achieving

monthly operating profit of €20,000.

Other than above, there were no further contingent liabilities at 31 December 2023.

That RNS has laid out the play.

They are going to pump this as hard as they can, place into it and then carry on conducting stage 2 testing.

Going to be interesting to watch it and time it.
