AffDC – “The peptide-warhead conjugate is linked to a tumour antigen-targeted monoclonal antibody [mAb] or Affimer, creating a highly tumor-specific ADC”.
Some of these mAb-based therapies are very effective – once they reach the TME, just that there can be some rather unpleasant side-effects on the way.
What if these therapies could be delivered directly to the TME, where they are ‘dropped off’ to do their work, with minimal damage to healthy tissue? Enter AffDC.
