Trodelvy (Sacituzumab Govitecan) from Gilead Sciences, targets Trop-2 and delivers the topoisomerase I inhibitor SN-38, used for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer and others.
Keytruda (Pembrolizumab) from Merck & Co., patent Expiry 2028. annual revenue: ~$14.4 billion (2020), biological target: PD-1, cancers treated include NSCLC and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, both with high FAPα expression.
