Remarkable amount of recruitment taking place at Avacta at the moment. Certainly gives the impression they are expecting to have a lot of revenue coming in 'shortly' and can therefore seize the therapeutics opportunities. Great stuff.

Millions of families with school-age children are to be offered rapid Covid-19 tests twice a week in a blitz designed to help schools to open safely.

The government will launch nationwide “surge” testing from tomorrow, under which up to 32 million lateral flow tests will be sent by post to parents every week. Entire families and households with primary school, secondary school and college-age children, including childcare and support bubbles, will be able to test themselves twice every week at home as schools return. Test kits can also be collected from 500 local sites.

Does anyone know if there is a portal for CE markings for European devices?

There's a couple of blocks totalling 130k selling at £2. Doesn't appear to be enough buying to get through.. Yet

I'm expecting a bit sooner than that. The gist I got was avacta will have the ISO by the end of march and be able to transfer the CE marking from mologic.

I'm thinking the CE marking under mologic name will come sooner. Not sure how big this study will be?

What sort of timescale have people got for the CE marking? The rns with provisional figures was the 16th so you would think they were ahead of the game in terms of the next validation and it shouldn't be long at all with mologic having experience of CE marking.

What is the excitement over the trading update? More than likely it will summarise what investors already know. Unlikely it will break down figures for upfront payments from the partnerships.

The market is waiting for approval and sales of the lft and first dosing of participants in Ava6000.

One major positive for me is mologic are onboard who have experience of the gaining the CE mark. so I'm hoping it comes sooner than end of march.
